Accelerate’s “Me Time Yoga” focuses on the Asana practice, which is a blend of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha styles.

This means that no one session is the same and provides a different technique and flow each time.

At Me Time, we also practice breathing techniques and meditation in a compact, heavily coached and interactive Yoga class that encourages the student to be their best and NOT the best.

Our experienced and empathetic instructors guide you on your journey, regressing and progressing the participants as they grow and as they require, relative to their weekly work volume, mood and strains of life.

This allows for the intensity to differ depending on the individual and experience within the group.

When Do Our Yoga Classes Take Place?

Me Time Yoga classes ensure the energy is maximised and everyone is catered for in an encouraging and positive environment, that caters for the beginner all the way to the advanced and practised Yogi.

Class duration – approx. 45 minutes.
