Total Body Conditioning
The Total Body Conditioning programme is our one stop shop for wellness, fitness, strength, hypertrophy and performance.
This robust workout programme is a progressive training system aimed at those that want a coached, HIIT type workout in a small group environment, and is designed to cover all fitness pillars; targeting fat whilst increasing fitness, increasing lean body mass and encouraging aspects of social wellness and fulfilment gained from training as a team.
You will be coached and motivated like an athlete where training and movement fundamentals are covered to increase strength, improve condition, pre-habilitate increasing range of motion and mitigating against the physical demands and rigours of everyday life.
When Do The Sessions Take Place?
- Monday - 6:00am
- Tuesday - 10:45am
- Wednesday - 6:00am
- Thursday - 10:45am
- Friday - 6:00am
How Much Does It Cost?
Your base package will continue to include 6 group sessions,
2 PT sessions per week will offer 5 group sessions and
3 PT sessions per week will grant 4 group sessions ALL with the option to top up:
+£28 to access 11 sessions
+£52 to access 17 sessions
