Pump provides a structured approach to bodybuilding.
Most people go to the gym for aesthetic gains & to build a physique of the gods yet do this alone or with one partner.
Pump provides a progressive programme following the three pillars of muscular hypertrophy – mechanical tension, time under tension & metabolite accumulation alongside a supportive, coach-led environment for like minded individuals.
Our coaches keep things structured to allow progressive overload and varied to keep training enjoyable!
When Do Pump Sessions Take Place?
- Monday - 5:15pm, 6:15pm, & 8:15pm
- Tuesday - 5:15pm, 6:15pm, & 8:15pm
- Wednesday - 5:15pm, 6:15pm, & 8:15pm
- Thursday - 5:15pm, 6:15pm, & 8:15pm
- Friday - 5:15pm, 6:15pm, & 8:15pm
Session duration – 40 minutes.
