Jackie Reynolds
Fitness Coach - Doncaster
Biography
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Outdoor Bootcamp Instructor
- Official Boxercise Coach
I have always been active and was a former member of the Doncaster Belles Football Team.
I have always been involved in fitness, although I never knew the whys and wherefores previously.
I have had plenty of fitness coaches and personal trainers’ over the years and until I met Accelerate, and its former company MFT, I hadn’t enjoyed it so much.
I have a small fashion business in Bawtry and have been around for 30 years, so it’s very important to me and my customers to look good and feel better.

What type of training do you love?
My favourite type of training is HIIT but as I have got a little older I have taken to lifting weights and focus on the technicalities of compound lifting.
My other fitness passion is obstacle racing and love obstacle race training / outdoor events.
Training outdoors gives me an invigoration I don’t get anywhere else and the weather always enhances my feel good factor whether it is shining or pouring! I love the mantra:
“If it ain’t raining it ain’t training!”
Hobbies and Interests
I love all sports but the team sports I particularly love are football and rugby.
I enjoy supporting local sporting and national sporting events and work hard to open up / expose women’s sport to younger generations.
I have three dogs and walk them a lot; they are all chocolate in colour and mental so it is helpful when I get them out on the hills and moors.
I have made a trek to Everest Base Camp and involve myself with as many things as possible. It is also never too old to learn so I keep myself up to date with new courses and workshops revolving around fashion and fitness.
