Biography

I got into training people down to a combination of reasons, I have always been passionate about sports and have played a variety at competitive levels which includes boxing, rugby and basketball. By learning and training with others, I enjoyed sports and also developing myself to perform to the best of my abilities. This is how I discovered my true passion for the training aspect and improving myself performance wise and aesthetically.
From this I found a new venture in fitness modelling where I could truly focus on what I enjoyed – which developed into me helping others to achieve their own fitness goals e.g. making weight for boxing bouts; putting on muscle mass for rugby; improving athletic attributes for basketball and attaining an aesthetic physique for fitness modelling.
What type of training do you love?
My favourite type of training is hypertrophy, by maintaining a relatively low body fat percentage and increasing muscle mass, in laymen terms lifting weights – my favourite exercise is a deadlift!

A few facts about me
- My original career choice was to go into marketing as I originally went to Manchester Metropolitan University and obtained a 2:1 in business management. Whilst there I discovered a different path that I was truly passionate about and had an opportunity to move to Mexico to work as a fitness model, personal trainer and CrossFit coach.
