Indoor Cycling - Spin
Indoor cycling, often called spinning, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
At Accelerate we do it our way in a fun, hard working, high energy environment where you are coached to be YOUR best whilst motivated by up beat, fast paced music.
When Do Spin Sessions Take Place?
You can choose a combination of indoor and outdoor sessions and train in conjunction with our outdoor Bootcamp in Bawtry.
Spin Session Times
- Tuesday - 6:00am & 6:45am
- Thursday - 6:00am & 6:45am
- Saturday - 8:30am
(£8 surcharge per bike)
Session duration – approx. 40 minutes (training time is coach dependant)
