Questions?

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Your programme is built around whatever equipment you have access to — commercial gym, home weights, or minimal kit. When you complete your onboarding questionnaire, tell us what you're working with and the plan will be written accordingly.

How many sessions per week do I need to commit to?

Typically between three and five sessions per week depending on your goals and schedule. We'll discuss this during onboarding and the programme will be built around the time you realistically have — not an ideal scenario that doesn't match your life.

I've never trained properly before. Is this for me?

Yes. The programme adapts to your starting point. If you're completely new to structured training, that's factored in from day one. You won't be thrown in at the deep end — you'll be built up progressively in a way that's safe and sustainable.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice meaningful improvements within four to six weeks — better energy, improved movement, early strength gains. Visible physical changes typically take eight to twelve weeks of consistent training. Commit to the system and the results follow.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Both programmes are monthly and can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. We'd ask for 30 days' notice as a courtesy, but there are no long-term commitments and no hidden fees.

Is the programme suitable for my child or teenager?

Yes — youth athlete development is one of our core specialisms. The approach for young athletes is specifically designed around safe, age-appropriate training with a focus on movement quality and long-term physical development rather than early specialisation.
