Terms of Use

1. Accelerate People Solutions Ltd T/A Accelerate Coaching Terms and Conditions

2. Athlete Packages (£113/£200/£272) are discounted to provide clients with a more cost-effective
opportunity to train like an athlete promoting an affordable longer term training solution delivered under
our key principles and mission statement. However, the below terms and conditions will be exercised.

3. Accelerate cannot guarantee preference of time unless one week’s notice is given and on a “Athlete
Package”. The alternative is to purchase small bundles or pay as you train at the standard training rate

4. “Athlete Package” bookings are always flexible, there is no “regular” time set and booking each week is
required on a first come first served basis. However, Accelerate will always endeavour to allot clients their
preferred time.

5. If subscribed to any monthly ‘athlete’ package your trainer will be dependent on availability. We will strive
to suit the trainer to your goal. All trainers work to the programme set by the programme director in line
with your goals and specific needs.

6. All monthly ‘athlete’ packages are performed on a “use it or lose it” basis. If you lose sessions due to
failure to give notice/illness/reply to reminder we will offer additional coaching via our online coaching,
directed workouts at our facility and rights to use our app which will hold your personalised programme.

7. Accelerate athlete packages works on a 48 week year and customer payments support this.

8. This will include bank holidays and a 1 week shutdown by Accelerate Staff.

9. A 14 day holiday period will be given to each customer which we are not obliged to make any sessions
up. Sessions via app will be available should needed.

10. Any holidays that exceed 14 day period can used within 30 days of returning session.

11. Any lost sessions due to leave or illness without notice (not including sessions cancelled with less than
24h notice) will be replaced via directed coaching sessions supported through access to our app-based
training system.

12. You must give 14 days notice period for any planned leave. If 14 days are not give customer will wave
right to make up sessions in accordance with (9) & (10).

13.Accelerate must be given 24h notice of cancellation of all bookings or Accelerate reserve the right not to
honour that booking.

14.If a customer is more than 15 minutes late for all bookings, Accelerate reserve the right to then cancel
that session unless prior notice is agreed.

15.All bookings are made for 45 minutes unless prior agreed by the trainer.

16.Any personal information will remain confidential between Accelerate staff and customers.

17.Trainer has the right to breach confidentiality if they feel a customer’s health may be in danger.

18.All customer’s data will remain private and confidential under the data protection act 1998.

19.All data will be secure and will be destroyed 5 years after termination of training.

20.Customers that are advised by trainers to avoid certain exercises but continue to perform do so at their
own risk.

21.Customers leave belongings in public areas at own risk. Any valuables that need securing must be left
with your trainer at the start of training session.

22.All members under the age of 18 must receive permission from a parent or guardian before entering any
Accelerate locations.

23.All members under the age of 16 must adhere to the above rules and will only be allowed to receive 1 on
1 training.

24.Under no circumstances will drugs or alcohol be allowed on any premises (any prescription drugs must
be stated on PARQ form). Failure to adhere will result in instant cessation of the training session and
removal from the premises.

25.All customers are subject to the PARQ form provided in the welcome pack. Accelerate cannot be held
responsible for any injury or medical conditions not listed on the PARQ form.

26.Any injuries that occur must be reviewed by a medical professional before any action can be taken. If
this is ignored, Accelerate cannot be held responsible for any further injury.

27.Accelerate may only offer advice on injury. Any prescribed exercises are done so at own risk. Accelerate
will never force a customer to be in position they are uncomfortable with.

28.Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Accelerate hold no responsibility if not
adhered to and have the right to deny entry if staff feel clothing/footwear is inappropriate.

29.All new customers must be paid for a month in advance via way of cash or BACS.

30.All direct debits will be issued before the 18th of the month and payments will be taken on the 1st of the
month.

31.All reoccurring monthly customers must pay for the month in advance on the 1st of the month via cash,
BACS or direct debit unless agreed with otherwise by member of staff.

32.It is the client’s responsibility to respond to booking reminders. Booking reminders will be issued before
the start of every week you must respond to messages promptly to ensure you get the time you require. If
you have already agreed a time with a trainer and had confirmation from them, there is no need to
respond.

33.If booking reminders are ignored you will be given 1 week to respond to ‘use it, or lose it” as per above
(6) missed sessions.

34.As above (6) sessions are on a “use it or lose it” basis if you fail to contact a trainer or respond to the
weekly messages you are subject to lose these sessions (At staff discretion).
