Since a young age I have engaged with different sports such as gymnastics and taekwondo and have always been surrounded by fitness and training. As I got older I found a love for dance and yoga, and these two have been my main form of training for the last seven years.
It was my own engagement in these two types of training along with my studies at University that have inspired me to pass on my knowledge to help others enjoy their training as much as I do. This is what inspired me to become a qualified yoga instructor and personal trainer.
As a personal trainer I want to bring fun to peoples workouts using what I have learnt across three disciplines, dance, yoga and resistance training. Fun is the key to enjoying your training!
What type of training do you love?
I love yoga and dance.
Dance is an art form and a sport. It is very aerobically demanding and requires a great amount of strength, mobility and stability whilst working at a fast pace.
Yoga is a very relaxing and beneficial form of training as well. It has many benefits and develops core strength and mobility and more people should get into it.
Over the last few years I have started doing resistance training alongside my yoga and dancing and have really enjoyed it. It supplements the other two very well and has enabled me to keep improving and feel better in my body!
